Final Reminder for Renewal of Membership for the year 2016-2017

Dear Sirs,

Final Reminder for Renewal of Membership for the year 2016-2017

You are one of the important and valuable Members of the Council. We wish to continue to serve and facilitate you.  However, as per our records, you have not renewed Membership of the Council for the financial year 2016-2017 (April-March). We had reminded you in this regard and request you again to renew your membership with SRTEPC.

As you are aware, the Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is issued for a period of five years. The membership of the Council has to be renewed every year for the RCMC to remain valid. Hence non-payment of Membership renewal fees will result in discontinuation of Membership as well as cancellation of RCMC issued to you without any further notice.  Moreover, we will have to inform all the concerned Government Authorities such as DGFT, Customs, Excise, Drawback etc. about the cancellation of your RCMC, in view of non-renewal of Membership.

Although we are not aware of the reasons for non-renewal of your membership, in case, it has escaped your attention, we would like to kindly remind you vide this final reminder.  If in case there are any other specific reason including the inadequacy of services being provided by the Council, we would be happy to hear from you so that corrective measures can be taken by us in due course.

We may inform you that the Council provides a number of services to its Members including:

• Latest information on Market and Products.
• Introduction to appropriate overseas buyers.
• Help in participation in exhibitions/fairs abroad.
• Provide Market Development Assistance to Members for participation in exhibitions.
• Publicity for Indian Synthetic Textiles abroad through advertisements/ publications.
• Liaison with Government to frame exporter friendly policies.
• Take up complaints by members with various authorities like the DGFT, Customs, Excise, Anti-Dumping & WTO related issues etc.
• Disseminate information on latest Policy Developments.
• Help in understanding export procedures/documentation etc.
• Exclusive Seminars/Workshops on Policy and Promotional matters etc.
• Settlement of disputes with overseas buyers. 
• Wider dissemination of your products through council website.                                                           

In order to avail the above services offered by the Council to its Members, we suggest, that you may renew your membership with the Council immediately.  You may therefore forward cheque/d.draft/pay order favouring “THE SYNTHETIC & RAYON TEXTILES EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL” for an amount of Rs.11,443/-  (Rs.7,418/- for SSI units) without any further delay.

We look forward to your speedy response and immediate renewal of your membership with SRTEPC so that we can continue our service to your esteemed organization in future.
