Sub: Constitution of Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting and furnishing of agenda points for discussion at the office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai.
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued Trade Notice No. 14 dated 24th August, 2016 regarding the constitution of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
The Redressal Committee will concentrate on matters relating to -
The Composition of the re-constituted grievance committee is as under:
At DGFT Headquarters:
(1) DGFT- Chairperson
(2) All Addl. DGFTs in HQ --Members
(3) All Joint DGFTs in HQ-- Members
(4) Dy. DGFTs in HQ looking after Policy work- -Members
(5) President/DG, FIEO--Member
(6) Chairman/ED of AEPC, CHEMEXCIL, CAPEXIL, CLE, EEPC, EPCH, PEPC, SRTEPC, GJEPC --Members
(7)Any other official from a department/organisation from which grievance is received, on invitation - Special invitee.
At Zonal Regional Authorities (RAs):
(1) Zonal Addl. DC-Chairperson
(2) All Addl. DGs/ Joint DGs / officers concerned in zone--Members
(3) Regional ED of FlEO--Members
(4) Regional ED of AEPC, CHEMEXCIL, CAPEXIL, CLE, EEPC, EPCH, PEPC, SRTEPC, GJEPC-Members
(5) Any other official from a department/organisation from which grievance is received, on invitation - Special invitee.
With regard to the above, the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai has decided to call a meeting of the Grievance Redressal Committee to discuss issues relating to redressal of grievances of trade and industry pertaining to the Foreign Trade Policy and procedures. Hence, the concerned members may send us the details of the same at the following email id (es@srtepc.org) latest by tomorrow August 30, 2016 to enable us to take up these agenda points at the above meeting.
Members are requested to make note of the above and send us your points at the earliest.
