Sub: Review of RoDTEP Rates
Dear Sir/Madam,
As you are aware, the RoDTEP Scheme refund currently un-refunded rates/duties/taxes/levies at the Central, State, and local level, borne on the exported product, including prior stage cumulative indirect duties/taxes/levies on distribution of exported product.
In this regard, the Government has constituted RoDTEP Committee for the year 2023. This Committee will examine the existing rates/data for revision in the rates etc.
The Ministry of Finance has sought inputs/ data for our council to justify revision in the existing RODTEP rates
We would, therefore, request you to please send us your views/suggestions for an increase in the RoDTEP rates with suitable data and justification in the enclosed format (Click To Download) on the Email IDs: ed@srtepc.in / chetna@srtepc.in positively on or before November 23rd, 2023.
We solicit your support and co-operation in the matter and look forward towards receiving the details at the earliest.
