Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that a Mega Global Textiles Show called as BHARAT TEX 2024 will be organized by a Consortium of all Textiles Export Promotion Councils with the support of the Ministry of Textiles in February 2024.

Exhibitors from both India and overseas will be participating in this event. Foreign and domestic Buyers will be invited to visit the Exhibition.

Details of the Event are as follows:

Name of the Show : Bharat Tex 2024

Dates : February 26 to 29, 2024

Venue : Bharat Mandapam & Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, India.

Publicity & Promotion:

The Event will be promoted extensively by all the Textiles Export Promotion Councils with the active support from the Ministry of Textiles and the Indian Missions abroad. Roadshows will be conducted in leading Export markets to attract a large number of overseas buyers.

Foreign buyers will be provided with complimentary hotel accommodations and visit to certain identified tourist spots close to Delhi during their visit to India to participate in BHARAT TEX 2024.

Participation Fees under Shell Scheme :

The Companies having export turnover more than Rs.2 Crores :
- 18 – 24 Sqm – Rs.8333 per sqm plus 18% GST
- 36 sqm – Rs 7500 per sqm plus 18% GST
The companies having export turnover less than Rs.2 Crores – Junior Package
- 18 sqm – Rs.6667 per sqm plus 18% GST
- 12 sqm – Rs.6250 per sqm plus 18% GST

Corner Booth Charges : 10% Extra for 2 side open Booth & 20% Extra for 3 side open Booth.

BHARAT TEX 2024 offers an excellent opportunity for the Textile Companies to display their entire range of Textiles from Manmade Fibre Textiles Products such as Fibre, Yarns, Fabrics and Made-ups including Home Textiles and Technical Textiles.

We would, therefore, invite you to participate in BHARAT TEX 2024 and benefit from the presence of a large number of overseas buyers. The Event will also provide an opportunity to sell your products under "Deemed Exports".

The participation fee can also be paid online through RTGS/NEFT transfer for which the Bank Details are as follows.
