Sub: Seeks to amend Form ARE-2
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued Notification No. 44/2016- Central Excise (N.T.) dated 16.09.2016 regarding the amendment in Form ARE- 2.
Vide this notification the Central Government seeks to amend Form ARE-2 which is the Combined application for removal of goods for export under claim for rebate of duty and Part A & Part B under the heading “Certification by the officers of Custom”.
