Sub: EGM of SRTEPC - December 20, 2023 

Dear Sir/Madam,   

The Council will be holding its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 20, 2023 at 3:00 pm at its Registered Office located at Resham Bhavan, 78, V N Road, Mumbai 400020. 

The following business will be transacted in the EGM: 

1. To Approve Change of Name of the Council from SRTEPC to MATEXIL. 
2. To Approve the Appointment of New Statutory Auditor for the Council. 

The Notice for the EGM is enclosed herewith. 

Kindly note that suitable communication will be sent shortly to all those members who are eligible to vote.
