Sub: Drawback liquidation drive by Custom from 15.09.2016 to 31.10.2016
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs- Mulund (Mumbai) has issued Public Notice No.113/ 2016 dated 21.09.2016 regarding the drawback liquidation drive by Custom from 15.092016 to 31.10.2016.
It has been notified that a number of drawback claims are pending at ICD Mulund, Mumbai due to the reason that necessary information required to finalize the claim has been furnished by the exporters and their claims are considered deficient on account of information required from them.
In this connection, the Drawback Section at ICD Mulund is observing “Drawback Pendency Clearance Drive” from 15th September, 2016 to 31st October, 2016 to facilitate the drawback clearance.
