Sub: - Single Window Project-Implementation of Risk based criteria for clearance of consignments related to Participating Government Agencies(PGAs)
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Office of the Commissioner of Customs- JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 129/2016 dated 27.09.2016 on the above subject.
In this connection, attention is invited to the Board’s Instructions vide F. NO. 450/146/2015-Cus-IV dated 31.08.2016, and accordingly, RMS has been modified to provide Risk based selection for NOC.
Also, to accommodate further requirements of PQIS (Plant Quarantine Information System), two changes have been made in Integrated Declaration given in the above Public notice.
Members may kindly make note of the above and do the needful.
