Sub : Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting called by Additional DGFT, Mumbai

Dear Member,

The Council has received a communication from the Office of Additional DGFT, Mumbai that the next Meeting of the Grievance Committee will be held under the Chairmanship of the Additional DGFT, Dr. Sonia Sethi, IAS on 15^th December at 3:00 p.m in the Conference Hall of the Addl. DGFT, Mumbai Office.

In this connection, you are requested to kindly make a note of the above and send us your grievances/issues (as per the format given below) to be taken up during the Meeting at the following email id (es@srtepc.org) latest by 30^th November, 2016 to enable the Council to send the agenda points for the said meeting to Addl. DGFT, Mumbai. The Council will be representing the Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting to take up the matter of the members.

Format for sending Agenda Points:

We have been informed by Office of Addl. DGFT that points sent later than the suggested date will not be taken up by Addl. DGFT. Hence kindly send us your issues at the earliest.

Also please note that the Office of the Additional DGFT, Mumbai will now be conducting Open House Meetings on every Wednesday in the Conference Room of the office between 2:30pm to 3:30 pm to resolve the policy/ procedural issues faced by our member-exporters to be discussed with the Office of the Additional DGFT, Mumbai. Please be informed that no prior appointment is required for attending this meeting. Members interested are requested to email their issues/ grievances at the following email id mumbai-dgft@nic.in. (copy of the email received from Office of the Additional DGFT, Mumbai)

While sending your issues for discussion during the Open House, members are requested to mention the following information in the email:

1. Subject of the email as “Open House” in bold
2. Details of File No.
3. Subject in brief may also be mentioned in the email.

Members are requested to kindly avail the benefits provided by the DGFT.
