Sub: DGFT Releases FAQs and Brief Summary on the impact of GST on Export and FTP related issues of GST

Dear Member,

For the smooth functioning of Trade under GST, the DGFT has released the following :-

1. FAQs on Export and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) related issues of GST, on the basis of the emails and tweets received from Members of Trade.
2. Brief Summary to bring clarity about the impact of GST on the imports and exports
3. Format of the Bond/Letter of Undertaking for exports without payment of Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) as per Rule 96A.

Members are requested to go through the above FAQs and Summary Note for carrying on their business (import and export related) without any business disruption.
