Sub: Request for support to VASTRA 2017 being organized by RIICO and FICCI from 21st to 24th September, 2017 at Jaipur
Dear Member,
We wish to inform you that the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO) with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the 6th annual edition of international Textile and Apparel fair viz. “VASTRA – An International Textile and Apparel Fair 2017” (VASTRA- 2017).
The details of the fair are as follows:
Date: 21st to 24th September, 2017 (Thursday – Sunday)
Venue: Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, India
The first 3 days of VASTRA 2017 will be devoted to B2B and the last day i.e. 24th September, 2017 will be open for B2C activities, involving retail sales.
As you may be aware, VASTRA, promotes exports of textile products from India, is a comprehensive trade fair and conference on Textiles and Apparel. The products on display range from Fibre to Fashion- covering the entire textile value addition chain. VASTRA, primarily a B2B trade fair where foreign buyers and Indian Buying Houses participate, has emerged as an important trade fair in the calendar of international events on Textiles and Apparel in India.
