Council send the following Circular message to you requesting participation of your company in multi product business delegation to Cuba and Panama from 29th October to 2nd November 2017. Since the visit of the Delegation is also coinciding with the participation in FIHAV – 35th Havana International Fair scheduled to be held in Havana from 30th October to 3rd November 2017, which will be inaugurated by the Hon’ble. Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, we request you to consider your participation in this highly focused Export Promotion Program in Cuba & Panama at the earliest but not later than tomorrow.
In order to enable you to understand the details of the programs and the costs needed for participation in the above program, you may like to refer the below mentioned Circular message dated 10th August 2017. You may also like to directly contact Mr. Ashish Jain, Director, FIEO (011-46042118/44 or ashishjain@fieo.org). Confirmation to your participation may also be sent to FIEO directly with a copy forwarded to us at the earliest but not later than tomorrow for appropriate follow-ups.
