Sub: ASEAN-India Business and Investment Meet and Expo 2018

Kindly refer to our earlier Circulars on the above event.  The highlights of the Event are as follows :

1. Name of the Event : ASEAN-India Business and Investment Meet and Expo 2018
2. Organised by : Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI) & Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
3. Dates of the Event : 22-23 January 2018
4. Venue of the Event : SP Hard Court, The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi

As CII has considered SRTEPC as one of the leading stakeholders, CII has allocated only 5 complimentary booths for participation of leading SRTEPC members due to space constraint.  In this regard, member-companies having very good products and interested in availing the opportunity to participate in the said Event may kindly send us the enclosed duly filled-in Application Form at the earliest but not later than 10^th January 2018.

Apart from the above 5 complimentary booths for SRTEPC members, the Council has been given a complimentary Booth of 18 sq.mtrs.  In this regard, we request you to provide us your sample-products (minimum 6) for showcasing it in the SRTEPC Booth.   Samples should be sent on the basis of following requirements to the address given below on or before 18^th January 2018 :

1. Samples of Fibres to be placed in transparent containers.                                                                        
2. Samples of Yarn should be sent as “Baby (Yarn) Cones” with specifications of the yarn including the name of the company, contact person including other details.
3. The dimensions of the samples of Fabrics – suitings, shirtings, dress materials, made-ups, furnishings, etc. should be 20”(length) x 13”(width). 

Proper labeling with contact details and specifications on your sample-products will enable the Buyers present at the Fair for contacting you directly in case of any enquiry.
