Dear Member,
Kindly refer to the Council’s Circular No.ES/305/2017-18 dated 28.02.2018 wherein CBEC had issued Circular No. 05/2018-Customs dated 23.02.2018 and subsequent, Circular No.ES/309/2017-18 dated 06.03.2018 wherein JNCH had issued Public Notice No. 29/2018 dated 26.02.2018 regarding alternative mechanism alternative mechanism for the process of IGST refund in invoice mis – match cases.
Now, Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued Public Notice No. 02/2018 dated 26.02.2018 on the above subject.
Members are requested to follow the pre-requisites and precautions for successful processing of refund claims which is given in the Annexure..
