Sub: Special Drive– “Export Refund Fortnight” from 15^th March to 29^th March, 2018

Dear Member,

The Council would like to inform you that O/o Principal Chief Commissioner of CGST and Central Excise, Mumbai is observing a Special Drive "Exports Refund Fortnight" from 15^th March to 29^th March, 2018 to clear up all "IGST/ITC Exports Refund pending claims”.

To ensure quick processing and disbursal of refund claims of input tax credit (ITC) etc., Special Camps have been set up at various locations (list of the Refund Camp locations enclosed).

Exporters/ taxpayers assigned to Central Tax jurisdiction may kindly submit their RFD-01A manual claims at the Special camps for their respective jurisdiction (as per pin codes indicated).

Members please note the following:-

• Refund claims will continue to be accepted at the respective jurisdictional offices, notified earlier.
• Refund claims of IGST paid on goods exported will continue to be processed and refund amount disbursed at the port of export.
• In case of any difficulty, the jurisdictional Nodal Officer whose details as given in the enclosed list, may be contacted.
• For any further query/ clarification, an email can be sent to gstmumbai.helpline@gov.in.

Members are requested to avail the benefit of this Drive in clearing your pending refunds under IGST/ITC, if any.
