Sub: Appointment of 20 officers from GST Commissionerates at New Customs House, Mumbai
Dear Member,
Kindly refer to Council’s Circular No.ES/ 342/2017-18 dated March 26, 2018 wherein (CBEC) has issued Circular No. 08/2018- Customs dated 23rd March, 2018 clarifying its stand on refund of IGST on Export, extension of date in SB005 alternate mechanism cases & other cases.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that a team of 20 officers from GST Commissionerates have been deputed to New Custom House, Mumbai to undertake verification in respect of 53 exporters (list enclosed).
Members whose names are mentioned in the enclosed list may kindly contact the Team Leader, Shri Sandeep Gunjal, DC (Mob. No. 9011065584, 8767705141) for necessary verification.
Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful.
