Sub.: List of pending Advance Authorisations

Dear Member,

JNCH Customs (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 64/2018 dated 20^th April, 2018 enclosing the list of pending Advance Authorisations given in Annexure-‘A’. The given list is issued from various offices of Jt. DGFT & registered at Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House which are pending due to non-receipt of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) / Redemption letter issued by Jt. DGFT.

In view of the above, all concerned Advance Authorisation holders are requested to make a note of the following:-

1. To submit copies of Redemption Certificate / Export Obligation Discharge Certificate of all such cases without delay for Bond Cancellation as well as for smooth clearance of live consignment.

2. Copies of Redemption Certificate / EODC can be submitted:-

1. Through e-mail at deecmonitoring@yahoo.in by attaching scanned copies of Redemption Certificate / EODC.
2. By sending through Registered / Speed post (letter addressed to Asst. /Dy. Commissioner of Customs, DEEC Monitoring Cell, 7th Floor, JNCH, Nhava Sheva, Tal- Uran, Distt.- Raigad, Maharashtra- 400 707.
3. In person at DEEC Monitoring Cell, Room No. 702, “C” Wing, New Custom House, JNCH, Nhava Sheva.

Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful.
