Sub: Mandatory filing of Export Returns online without Fail - regarding
Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the latest directives received from Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India regarding mandatory submission of Monthly and Annual Statistical Returns by all textile units to the Office of the Textile Commissioner. Similarly to this directive, earlier this year on 29th March, 2018 SRTEPC had issued a circular to all the Member-companies on submission of Monthly Statistical Returns. Input on the same from Member-exporters is still awaited.
Now, the directives received from Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India makes it amply clear that it is mandatory for all textile units such as manufacturers of natural, man-made and synthetic fibres, filament yarn, spun yarn, fabrics (woven & knitted), technical textiles, made-ups, processing units, ginning factories, etc. to file returns online without fail. The mentioned directive is attached herewith.
To facilitate the desired online submission of statistical returns, Office of the Textile Commissioner has put in place a web-based software – Textile Statistical Return System (TSRS). The login page of the TSRS is available at http://txcindia-stats.gov.in
This Circular is being issued by this Council as per the order received from the Office of the Textile Commissioner Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Therefore, all the Member-companies of this Council are requested to file/submit Monthly and Annual Statistical Returns regularly without fail to the Office of the Textile Commissioner and comply with the Government Order. Member-companies are requested to send a copy of the Monthly and Annual Statistical Returns which is submitted to the Government to this Council also for our record.
Therefore, it is requested to all the Member-companies of this Council to adhere to the mandatory submission of Monthly and Annual Statistical Returns to the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Government of India.
