Sub: Amendment of Export manifest in certain case
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 64/ 2018- Customs (N.T.) dated 27th July, 2018 by amending the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970.
These regulations may be called the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Amendment Regulations, 2018, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
In the said regulations, after regulation 4, the following regulation shall be added namely:-
“Regulation 5. Amendment of Export manifest in certain case-
No fees shall be levied under these regulations in respect of an export manifest when the manifest is amended or supplemented with entries relating to the Shipping bills filed from 1st July, 2017 to 30th June, 2018 in Inland Container Depots.”
