Sub: CBIC extends the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for taxpayers having aggregate turnover more than Rs. 1.5 crores for the month of April, 2019 for registered persons in specified districts of Odisha till 10th June, 2019.
Dear Member,
We would like to inform that CBIC has issued Notification No. 23/2019-Central Tax dated 11th May, 2019 extending the due date for furnishing details of outward supply of goods or services or both in FORM GSTR-1 for April, 2019 for registered persons having aggregate turnover more than Rs. 1.5 crores on or before 10th June, 2019, whose principal place of business is in the following cyclone hit districts of Odisha –
a) Angul
b) Balasore
c) Bhadrak
d) Cuttack
e) Dhenkanal
f) Ganjam
g) Jagatsinghpur
h) Jajpur
i) Kendrapara
j) Keonjhar
k) Khordha
l) Mayurbhanj
m) Nayagarh
n) Puri

We would like to inform that CBIC has issued Notification No. 24/2019-Central Tax dated 11th May, 2019 extending the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B for April, 2019 for registered persons on or before 20th June, 2019, whose principal place of business is in the following cyclone hit districts of Odisha –

d) Cuttack
e) Dhenkanal
f) Ganjam
