Sub:   Pending Government Dues against the applicant entities claiming benefits under the Target Plus Scheme in order to Implement the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court

Dear Member,

Kindly refer to Council’s various communications and subsequent reminder sent to you regarding pending Government dues against the applicant entities claiming benefits under the Target Plus Scheme.

In this connection, the Council has sent you the following list -

1. List of 104 Identified Entities (Annexure I)

2. Master List of 616 Entities (Annexure II)

We once again request to go through both the lists and give us the updated information as per the format given below and also provide us the detail of your dues pending with the Government against the Target Plus Scheme. The Council requests you to kindly send us the information by today evening i.e. 30^th May, 2019 to es@srtepc.in; ed@srtepc.in.

Any Change in the Name of the Firm, Address and PAN should be informed accordingly.

In case we do not receive any information from you by the scheduled time we may presume that your Company does not have any pending dues under the Target Plus Scheme

Once again request you to kindly make a note of the above and furnish the details immediately.
