Sub.: Warehoused Goods (Removal) Amendment Regulations, 2019
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued Notification No. 71/2019–Customs (NT) dated 1st October, 2019 by making amendments in the Warehoused Goods (Removal) Regulations, 2016.
The amended regulations shall be called as the Warehoused Goods (Removal) Amendment Regulations, 2019 and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Members may kindly make a note of the above.
