Sub: Request for documents for Duty Drawback Proposals

As you are aware, the Council is in the process of preparation of Proposals for Duty Drawback Rates for 2015-16 for Synthetic Textiles.

In this regard, we are urgently in need of some important documents from you. We would request you to please send us copies of the following documents pertaining to the period from January 2015 to March 2015:

1. Copies of Shipping Bills for the following products –

PSF, VSF, POY, PTY, PFY, Polyester Spun Yarn (Grey and Dyed), Viscose Spun Yarn (Grey and Dyed), P/V Spun Yarn (Grey and Dyed), Fabrics & Made-ups.

2. Copies of Central Excise Invoices for the following products –

PSF, VSF, ASF, POY, PFY, P/V Yarn, Dyes and Chemicals & Furnace Oil.

3. Copies of Bill of Entries for the following products –

PSF, VSF, ASF, POY, PFY, P/V Yarn, Dyes and Chemicals & Furnace Oil.

We solicit your support and co-operation in the matter to urgently send the above documents. We look forward towards receiving the above documents at the earliest.

As the work is time-bound, we would request you to please send us the documents by Courier/ Fax / Email. Scanned copy of the above requested documents may be sent on the following email id sybil@srtepc.in on or before 6^th May, 2015. Please adhere by this time limit.
