Sub : Request & Reminder for Updation of Importer-Exporter Profile
Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to our earlier Circular No.ES/10/2015-16 dated June 3, 2015 regarding request for Updation of your Importer-Exporter Profile in DGFT website. (click the link for Council’s Circular)
In this connection, the Council once again requests its members to update their Importer-Exporter Profile by 15th June, 2015 by logging into the DGFT website (http://dgft.gov.in/) and clicking on the icon "IEC Profile Updation" and updating the requisite information with their digital signature.
It may be informed that once your Importer-Exporter Profile is updated on DGFT Website, the importer/exporter will not be required to submit these documents each time he/she/it applies for authorizations / scrips under different schemes of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
Members who have already updated their IEC Profile are also requested to provide details as per given below format to Council for updating the records with DGFT. Please fill the details and submit we will recive your details.
This may be treated as urgent and important.
