Sub : Sunset Review of Anti Dumping Duty on Import of Viscose Staple Fibre excluding Bamboo Fibre originating from People’s Republic of China and Indonesia
Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to our earlier Circular No.ES/16/2015-16 dated August 6, 2015 regarding Anti Dumping Duty on Viscose Staple Fibre excluding Bamboo fibre falling under sub heading 5504 10 00 originating in, or exported from, People's Republic of China and Indonesia was imposed by Notification No. 77/2010-Cus dated 26.07.2010. This above Anti-Dumping Duty expired on 26.07.2015.
In this context, the Department of Revenue has issued a Notification No.37/2015-Customs (ADD) dated 6th August 2015 extending the validity of anti-dumping duty on viscose staple fibre by one year upto 26th July 2016. The copy of the notification is attached for your information.
