Final dates & participation fee for the Exhibitions in Honduras & El Salvador

RE : Final dates & participation fee for the Exhibitions in Honduras & El Salvador during June 2015

This has reference to our earlier Circular dated 29^th April, 2015 for the Exhibitions in Honduras & El Salvador during June/July 2015.

In this connection, as regards participation fee, kindly be informed that the actual amount of participation fee has been fixed at Rs.2.70 lakhs (instead of earlier projected amount of Rs.2.80 lakhs) for both the Exhibitions in Honduras & El Salvador.  As for the dates & venues for the Exhibitions in Honduras & El Salvador, please note the following, which we have finalized in co-ordination with the concerned Embassy of India :

1. For the Exhibition in Honduras :
   • Dates : 22 & 23 June, 2015
   • Venue : Hotel Real Intercontinental, San Pedru Sula.

2. For the Exhibition in El Salvador :
   • Dates : 25 & 26 June, 2015
   • Venue : Hotel Hilton Princess San Salvador, San Salvador

Considering the above, you are requested to confirm your participation with payment on or before 16^th May, 2015.
