Re: Invitation to participate in INTERTEXTILE SHANGHAI APPAREL-FABRICS (ITSA) Fair from 13 - 15 October, 2015
As you are aware, the Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) is organizing participation of member-companies in ITSA Fair in Shanghai from 13 to 15 October, 2015. INTERTEXTILE SHANGHAI APPAREL-FABRICS FAIR, which is one of the largest Fairs of Fabrics & Accessories in Asia, attracts a large number of discerning foreign buyers from various overseas destinations. The Expo offers an excellent one-stop opportunity to meet leading buyers from China as well as from other leading countries, explore new market opportunities, learn about future trends in fashion / business and overall, to add value to business.
An amount of Rs.3.20 lakhs has been fixed towards participation fees for a furnished booth of 9 sqm. All eligible participants, who are members of the Council, will be offered a re-imbursement of Rs.1.25 lakhs through MDA grants.
As for the publicity for participation in the Fair, in addition to the Organizers “Show Publication”, a special Catalogue for SRTEPC member-participants will be compiled by the Council for their dissemination among the prospective Chinese Buyers to enhance their chance to meet their Indian counterparts during the Exhibition.
Since we have only a couple of unused slots / booths, and also we need to close the mobilization of participation very soon, in case, you are keen to join us for participation in the International Fair in the above-mentioned International Fair, it’s requested to confirm the same very soon. Please note, as the number of unused booths with MDA facility are very limited, participation in the above Fair will be accepted by the Council on “first-cum-first-service” basis with full payment and dully filled in Application Form.
